I manage a home for adults with Autism in Roberts bridge and we are looking for some charitable support in cheering up our gardens so our individuals can get more enjoyment.

To help raise money for our Robertsbridge community station
garden, Expert Gardener Peter Baldock (ex-head gardener at Pashley Manor
Gardens) is offering a one hour consultation in your garden in exchange for a suggested £25 donation to help buy much needed materials and equipment to make the gardens
beautiful.
During the consultation Peter can demonstrate pruning, herbaceous border
improvement, trouble shooting and garden design considerations.

Millbrook Design & Print Wins Award

An East Sussex design and print company came home with three trophies from The 1066 Business Awards 2013 including the top accolade.
Robertsbridge-based Millbrook Design & Print Ltd won the HSBC Overall Business of the Year, the Small Business of the Year Award and received a Highly Commended award in the Customer Service category.
Company Director Dave Roderick said: “We were thrilled and quite astounded to pick up three awards. The icing on the cake was receiving the Overall Business Award which was amazing against some really tough competition.
“We have been worked very hard to grow the business and deliver brilliant customer service. Our client base, which is now more than 300, includes some prestigious brands - we’re so pleased that our efforts have been recognised in this way.”
There were more than 400 entries to The 1066 Business Awards 2013 which took place at the Bannatyne Spa Hotel, Hastings.
